Electrician Vacancy
We are expanding our team and looking for competent and experienced electricians with the ability to carry out all the electrical installation and maintenance needs for our growing business, these can range from domestic, commercial and industrial works, to CCTV, Networking and Renewable Energy installation and maintenance.
A role of an Electrician at DES will involve:
- Carrying out Electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations within domestic, commercial and industrial properties.
- Testing, inspection, and fault finding of electrical installations and equipment.
- Ensuring all administration related to repairs is complete.
In return for your commitment and expertise, you will get:
- A base salary of £36,000 - £45,000 with average earnings of circa £49,200 (base salary, overtime/weekends)

The ideal candidate for an Electrician at Dorset Electrical Solutions will have:
- Full UK manual Driving License for a minimum of 12 months, with a maximum of 6 points
- NVQ level 3 or City & Guilds 2360/2330 part 1 & 2 qualification
- City & Guilds 2391/2394 & 2395 inspection and testing (desirable)
- A good level of IT literacy.
- An understanding of Health and Safety Regulations within the workplace.
- IPAF and PASMA are not essential but desirable.
- City & Guilds 18th Edition qualification Laptop and uniform
