Dorset Electrical Solutions Is Now Constructionline Gold

We’re pleased to share that Dorset Electrical Solutions is now a Constructionline Gold member. It’s taken a lot of paperwork and a lot of patience to get here, and it’s a big step for the commercial side of the business.

What is Constructionline?

Constructionline is a UK register of pre-qualified construction suppliers. Main contractors, facilities managers and public sector buyers use it to find contractors who have already been checked, instead of sending out their own long questionnaire every time they need a new supplier.

To get on to the register, a company’s details, insurances, financial standing and policies are checked independently. Gold is a higher level of membership. On top of the core checks, it looks closely at how a business manages health and safety, quality and its wider responsibilities, and it is the level many larger contractors look for when they build their supply chain.

What it means if you work with us

If you manage buildings, sites or projects, Gold membership makes it quicker and simpler to bring us on board:

• Less paperwork. Much of the pre-qualification you would normally ask for has already been checked and is kept up to date on Constructionline.
• Confidence before work starts. You can see we have been independently assessed before we ever set foot on site.
• Easier tendering. Buyers who source through Constructionline can find us and add us to their approved supplier lists.

It sits alongside the accreditations we already hold, including NAPIT approved contractor status, SMAS Worksafe and SSIP, which you can see on our homepage.
