Most education work has to land inside a half-term or summer break. We plan the programme backwards from your return date, and where a job cannot be finished in one window we phase it so the site is safe and usable in between.

Compliance and safeguarding

School fixed wiring is typically inspected on a five-yearly cycle, with emergency lighting and fire alarms on shorter routine schedules. We can supply RAMS in advance and work to your site induction and safeguarding requirements.

Maintenance

A planned maintenance contract covers scheduled testing and certification and gives you a number to ring when something fails. We also do reactive call-outs.

Every building is different, so we survey properly and give you a fixed price, itemised so you can see what is what, with any provisional sums flagged rather than buried.
