Why PIV, not another dehumidifier
- Treats the cause. Gently pressurises the home with filtered air so moist, stale air is pushed out through trickle vents and gaps – condensation can’t settle, so mould can’t grow.

The compliance picture
Awaab’s Law now sets fixed timescales for social landlords to investigate and fix damp and mould (in force from 27 October 2025), and the Renters’ Rights Act is extending the same expectations to the private rented sector. Repeated condensation complaints are becoming a liability, not a nuisance. PIV is the fix surveyors and environmental-health officers recommend for condensation-driven mould – and it’s a one-off cost, not a monthly one.
